User Reviews

Overall, user sentiment is largely negative due to reliability and UX problems. Frequent crashes and unstable performance hinder use, while redemption is confusing and QR codes often fail. The app’s navigation can be opaque and redirects users to the blockchain section, hurting access to the direct store. Customer support is commonly criticized for slow responses. A minority notes blockchain/NFT features and updates as positive, but reliability and ease of use dominate.

Pros

Blockchain/NFT features are viewed by some users as innovative and valuable.
NFT-related updates and perceived value growth are noted by some users as positive signs for collectors.
Some users report that the app offers 24/7 deals on cards.

Cons

Frequent crashes, black screens at launch, freezes, and slow performance.
Redemption flow is confusing with hidden Panini Points and QR codes often do not work.
Navigation and UI issues, including unresponsive buttons and repeated redirects to the blockchain store.
Poor customer service with slow response times and unresolved tickets.
Flash sales cause items to sell out quickly and prices inflated, leading to perceived unreliability.

Recent reviews

When the World Cup hype just started, the app was very glitchy but I decided to try it again now and I placed an order for 2 boxes of stickers on September 14. It didn’t accept my card at first, but after trying a few times, it finally worked. Three days later, my package arrived!
