2026-06-17	Di*****	The latest update rendered our system useless. Can’t connect directly by phone or remotely and what’s worse, now my inverter and charger are disabled. The module has no power when plugged in, and when we disconnect it, we can get the inverter and charger back on the main screen working. We called and troubleshot it, did required flash drive updates with no change. They want to charge us $1000 for a new one when their update rendered our coach electric system disabled. We also lost ability to use our slides and control certain lights. Complete nightmare! Our 25,000 followers all want to know how your required update causes your system to fail. Is this so you can charge us $1000 to replace it? Seems rather deceptive.

2026-01-31	Ca*****	App will suck your battery down quickly. Once open it stays running in the background. It needs better energy management and to be able to turn off background mode. Close after every use.

2025-11-26	Jo*****	My husband updated the module without telling me today. The mobile app no longer works. The touchpad thinks we don’t have the wireless module. Other RV’rs have the same issue. So disappointed.

2025-10-09	ta*****	No clue what issue the update was trying to solve as it only made it impossible for us to connect. It’s like our panel and the app don’t know each other exist. Super frustrating! Please “unfix” whatever you thought you were fixing so we can use it again!

Normally I just have difficulty connecting remotely, frustrating to say the least but that is just the way it has always been for the 1.5 years we’ve had this coach. Now the darn thing will not connect locally either, at all. I’ve rebooted my phone and my eclipse module multiple times, reconnected the Internet multiple times, and checked for updates. It flat out does not work for us anymore. It’s totally useless!

2025-07-13	Bi*****	I purchased a new travel trailer by ATC. It’s a pretty high quality build so I expected the tech selections would be equally good quality. While the hardware touch panel works just fine, the Vegastouch Eclipse app doesn’t connect. Bluetooth pairing is a standard feature on thousands of devices. Needs to be fixed in their system.

2025-03-20	Ds*****	After paying and mailing my unit to VegaTouch because of failure to update it worked’ for a few weeks. Now it says I need another update. App Store says most recent version is 016 but app says I need 017! Useless junk!
