Vegatouch Eclipse

Bought this Eclipse Module for my 2023 Riverstone. I wanted to have the ability to control my AC units when away from the RV. Well, since purchasing this a month or so ago, it has been disconnected more than connected. Then when I have to reconnect it takes forever to do so. A complete waste of $1000 at this point. If it worked as advertised it would be a great addition. Tried calling Firefly to get some technical support, however their lines are not working and I have to email them to get a slow response. If they can fix this problem, I would say it is worth it. If they cannot fix it, I would say STAY AWAY and save your money. That is my honest opinion and feedback on this thing.

The latest update rendered our system useless. Can’t connect directly by phone or remotely and what’s worse, now my inverter and charger are disabled. The module has no power when plugged in, and when we disconnect it, we can get the inverter and charger back on the main screen working. We called and troubleshot it, did required flash drive updates with no change. They want to charge us $1000 for a new one when their update rendered our coach electric system disabled. We also lost ability to use our slides and control certain lights. Complete nightmare! Our 25,000 followers all want to know how your required update causes your system to fail. Is this so you can charge us $1000 to replace it? Seems rather deceptive.
