Their support system is helpess, useless paltform regret purchansing memebership. Once you get membership they don’t care. Horrible platform better purchase from local gyms.

There is no human support team. The app has misleading menus, which make you believe you’re talking to a human, but it’s still a bot. During non-business hours, bot says “come back during business hours to talk to an expert” During business hours, the bot starts calling itself “Raja” and poses as a human.
