Fitness Culture’s programming is world class! Several tracks available to help you train for any strength and conditioning goal. I am currently doing the onboard program for the everyday athlete challenge and love the full body splits. Steve and Jake are phenomenal coaches and continuously put out amazing content on their YouTube channel. I have been following the programming off and on for several years. Being in the military makes it hard to follow any program consistently, but when I’m able to train there is no other program I trust more to help me achieve my goals.
