Worst drivers and worst customer service ever wouldn’t recommend any one to deal with them

After using this app for more than two months, I can confidently say that this is the worst way to travel. I had a subscription plan that required me to use this app, and I paid in advance. There is literally a 50% chance that the driver doesn’t show up — and when they do, they’re rarely on time. However, if you are even one minute late, they’ll leave you behind and blame you for not being on time. The customer support is absolutely terrible. They do nothing to help. I’ve called them dozens of times, and they’ve never solved my problems or compensated me for the time and money I’ve wasted. Once, when I complained that the driver didn’t show up, they literally told me to order an Uber instead. This is a horrible app that doesn’t care about its customers at all. I strongly advise you to use Uber Shuttle any day — but never give your money to these scammers.
