Recent reviews

Finding a ride isn’t that easy, drivers cancel a lot, cars are often dirty, and many drivers are unprofessional or even rude (sometimes asking for extra money). The location is also very inaccurate. Prices are okay though. For delivery, orders usually arrive 15–20 minutes late and the food often comes in bad condition. The app itself is super buggy and confusing, and customer support is basically useless. Overall, the biggest problem is the lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend it, but unfortunately there aren’t many alternatives.

first time using this stpd app and last time. had 5 different drivers cancel the ride for no reason.
