So i gave it more than 10 chances : each time the estimated time is 30-40 mins , it actually takes more than an hour and half to arrive. Try calling customer support, they’ll never answer also. I’d give it 0 stars if i could

Finding a ride isn’t that easy, drivers cancel a lot, cars are often dirty, and many drivers are unprofessional or even rude (sometimes asking for extra money). The location is also very inaccurate. Prices are okay though. For delivery, orders usually arrive 15–20 minutes late and the food often comes in bad condition. The app itself is super buggy and confusing, and customer support is basically useless. Overall, the biggest problem is the lack of professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend it, but unfortunately there aren’t many alternatives.
