Booking/app synchronization issues: the app often does not show bookings; Civbot cites a 'temporary issue' and users are advised to use the website or print vouchers.
Refunds and cancellations problems: last-minute cancellations, partial refunds, and slow or unclear refund processing.
Ticket delivery problems: tickets not delivered or charged without delivery, making it hard to obtain or use tickets.

Recent reviews

Purchased 4 tickets for the Eiffel Tower for Tuesday, July 13th. The tower was closed due the preparation for the Bastille fireworks show, although the site states that the tickets are refundable if canceled prior to the start time, it’s clearly a lie. I am out of pocket $300+. No customer service for support just a chat bot! Be aware!

Malos prestadores, productos engañosos, dicen tener soporte 24/7 pero nadie responde nada. Recomendación: compren sus entradas en las paginas oficiales con antelación (la mayoría con audio guía) y utilicen alguna IA para el guiado junto con maps. Servicio completamente reemplazable con esas herramientas digitales.
