Una pena no poder disfrutar el tour. Me tocó en dia de evento de FIFA y me estaba comunicando con el guía turístico con anticipación para dejarle saber del tráfico y no me contestaba. Llegue a las misma 17:00 cuando empezaba el tour y la persona No me daba claro las instrucciones de cuanto duraría el tour caminando ya que tengo mi esposo operado y camitas largas le afectan. Me contestaba molesto y nos dio mucha inseguridad. Me decía que yo debía hacer el tour a mi manera como Si supiera de la Cuidad. Al ver la inseguridad cancele el tour y el me quería cobrar por un servicio no brindado. Me trató de i responsable y me escribía que el tour no era gratis solo la reserva. Yo había leído todas las normas y si era gratis y se brindaba una propina guía al Final por su servicio mínima de $10 por persona en el Tour. El no me había brindado el tour y me insistía que debía pagarle. Me sentí ofendida y tratada de manera injusta luego de disculparme en varias ocasiones el insistía en el pago por un servicio NO BRINDADO. Fue vergonzoso 😔
