Even When Issues Arose, Customer Service Always Responded Pretty Promptly & Has Always Been Professional, Informative, & Very Helpful; Even When Things Didn’t Go My Way. With All Things Said, I Just Wanted To Let Mr. Rebates Know That A Frugal Customer Such As Myself Really Appreciated The Early Existence Of Such A Company As Theirs & They Have Allowed Me To Recoup Such A Significant Amount Of Money Over The Years That Coupon Cutting Couldn’t Have Done. I have never had a problem with Mr. Rebates like some other cash back apps. It is a plus that they show the order number of the item that the cash back is on. That makes it easier to keep things straight because I order a lot online.
