Recent reviews

Ringle does not notify you when a lesson with a student cancellation is starting, which has caused me to accumulate two strikes. I honestly think this whole “you have to enter the lesson even when there is no student” policy is a scheme to make excuses for not paying tutors, and the lack of notifications reflects this. I can’t join zoom meetings from mobile devices, which is quite annoying.

I am never able to accept unassigned lessons. Whenever I get an email about them (and never a notification) I try to click on the button to accept the unassigned lesson right away. That only takes me to a page that promotes me downloading this app. The problem is that neither on the app, or on my computer, am I able to accept unassigned lessons. I’m not sure if it’s because I take too long to accept them, but today, literally as soon as I got an email about an unassigned lesson, I went to the app to accept it and nothing popped up in the unassigned lessons part of the schedule.
