Beat Station is a rhythm machine for practicing guitar, bass, keyboard, or any instrument. Use Loop Mode, Pedal Mode with a Bluetooth MIDI pedalboard, and Song Mode to assemble complete drum tracks. Features include 6 ultra-realistic drum sets, over 1700 drum loops, 136 rhythm styles across 15 genres, real-time switching, Inter-App Audio, audio background mode, and the ability to export your songs as audio files. It also offers full MIDI support, MIDI Learn, and Ableton Link, plus iCloud syncing for project continuity.

Beat Station Pro unlocks all genres (over 1700 loops), unlimited projects, export audio, and MIDI output. Subscription pricing and renewal terms are provided in-app. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available online.

I like the app a little bit but I’m wondering why there’s not more classic Latin styles like cha cha rhumba beguine mambo etc. Also no soca/calypso beat

I wanted a drum player with some basic country and blues loops. This fits the bill perfectly. The Rock loops are extra money but I don’t use them as much. Also the sounds of the different drums are quite realistic. They don’t sound as harsh as some of the other apps. Easy interface, clean screens. Overall, a great basic drum machine.
