It used to be a good game but now they’ve lost their balance now tier 10 is absolute garbage they give the new inexperienced players high tier ships making matchmaking horrible wargaming ruined their game.

I used to watch nearly every in game ad but after changes to the daily collection specifically not being able to watch ads on the days where a captain,ship, or camo were awarded. I like many others relied on that established mechanic to get highly priced ships or equipment. So I am now left advocating to hit them where it hurts…their bottom line. These ads among other things bring in revenue, if they didn’t they wouldn’t do it. I think of the silver as a badly needed pro-player mechanic and having it stripped was an egregious error. If I watched so many ads, likely others did too. Do the multiplication on that was as it really worth stripping the silver and losing potential revenue and other spending such as battle passes, etc.?

the only way to enjoy this game is to not care about what happens. The algorithm decides who wins or loses before the game even starts. This game pivots 2 teams of random players against each other. The teams should be balanced, similar tier-experience-rank-etc. But most times the teams are not balanced. You can see which team will win based on the ship vs. screen provided ahead of the match. This became much worse after June of 2025. If you don’t care of you win or lose, this game has alot to offer. The historical ships are great. The game play is great. As of today, June 2026, this game is not Pay to Win. Anybody can find a great ship to win with and devote their skills and win against pay players. This is why wowsb had 100k ratings 5 stars. This is so rare and a credit to Wowsb. I hope this game never becomes pay to win. So even if you will lose sometimes because of matching there are still many satisfying characteristics that make this game enjoyable.
