I’ve been playing for years but for about a month now the game will not load on my phone. It just keeps spinning and spinning for minutes until I shut the app and try again and again. 🤦‍♂️

5/10/2020: Noting the date of the most recent update (two weeks ago) helps to explain the emergence of my new problem of seeing ads, which has never happened since I paid for the no-ad version when the game was still WordStreak. Now all of a sudden I am told that this purchase does not carry over to the new game (even though there was no choice but to change to the new game, and even though it did carry over until now). This is unacceptable and should be corrected, and the original purchase honored. 6/12/25: I paid to play with NO ADS This includes Flo from Progressive! Please honor the agreement and remove!
