However, users repeatedly report stability issues (freezes, crashes), concerns about long-term support and updates, login problems, and mobile/UX gaps (non-native feel, missing features like mind maps). Data-large document performance and reliability also come up. Overall, it’s a trusted “second brain” for many, but reliability and active updates remain persistent drawbacks.
