Cons

App reliability is problematic: frequent instability, crashes, and general not-working issues.
Reordering from order history is broken: cart can be cleared, location updates can interrupt, and the process is tedious.
Payment/checkout problems: credit card entry, CVV prompts, and updating expired cards can fail.
Account/login friction: users are forced to create new accounts or cannot log in.

Recent reviews

App was working fine, but now order history doesn’t show, points weren’t tracked on, and OLO stopped working so I have to call in or place in person. Tried uninstalling, changing the card on file, checked permissions and turning phone off. Reached out to support and let the restaurant know. Support never replied and no one at the store level knows how to fix. Had the same issue at Urbane Cafe recently too - same exact glitch. Since I didn’t hear from support, leaving this review in hopes someone will fix. Thank you!
