Paperpile’s iOS app excels at annotation, organization, and a clean UI with strong cross‑device syncing, and is valued for long‑term use and support. However, login/auth issues, limited mobile feature parity with the web, sync/annotation inconsistencies, stability problems, and file handling/export constraints substantially affect the mobile experience. Addressing authentication, mobile feature parity, and reliability would significantly boost user satisfaction.

Recent reviews

Every time I revisit a paper, I have to correct missing highlights because parts or entire segments of highlights are missing. It’s almost like I’m rereading the entire document. Please fix
