2024-08-20	Em*****		Terrible charging experience. First the payment gate wasn’t working…had to call the hotline (they did help me out and started the charge remotely). Second time, with an almost empty battery, tried charging using the app…again nothing (though this time they succeeded in charging my card 50eur). Hotline wasn’t reachable. Can NOT recommend this provider. Pity, as they have a good network and fast chargers.
