This app provides access to ZEF Energy's network of public chargers, allowing drivers to find a charger, start/stop a charging session and pay for their session costs in a secure and simple way.

It also provides drivers with a ZEFNET-enabled charger a way to monitor and control its usage. If your charger is participating in a utility program which restricts charging at certain times, this app provides the ability to override some program restrictions in order to charge in an emergency.

I put money on the app so I can charge, I literally tried to use the app with almost all the charging station and none of them will connect, I called support and they were the worse thing ever, the first person connect me to a line that went straight to voicemail and the second person hung up in my face. I’ve been charging this car for over a year and never had any problems, I wouldn’t recommend no one to use this service because I’ve been to several places that done such a great job especially when having a issue like this
