The app is okay overall, but the customization process is confusing—even when using the “chef recommended” options. It still asks you to remove or substitute items, which defeats the purpose and adds unnecessary steps. The choices aren’t very clear and can feel overwhelming, with too many selections to go through. A simpler dropdown-style approach would make the experience much more user-friendly.
