App is slow and takes a long time to load
Order history and favorites have been lost after update
Multiple issues with order submission and tracking
Inconsistent functionality with payment processing and errors during checkout
Cannot add extra toppings and lacks customization options in some instances

Recent reviews

The Crisp and Green app was updated recently and takes about 20-30 seconds to load each screen. When customizing a bowl, the app will time out before you can place your order. Order history now only reflects the menu item ordered, and no longer includes customizations. Favorites were lost. The updated app is awful.

The new version of this app is a downgrade, and all of my order history and favorites have vanished, too. It will not allow you to have multiple portions of the same ingredient, which I could do before. It keeps me from ordering the salad as I like it. Not having my favorites and order history makes for a longer ordering process. Along with the ingredients problem previously mentioned, I've yet to use the app successfully since the 'upgrade' (downgrade). It was good before, now it's just bad. 👎
