St. Louis Magazine

I purchased a 6 month subscription to St. Louis Magazine on iTunes in February 2019. I finally have time to read it and it turns out they switched to Magzter app and now it won’t acknowledge my subscription. There is no easily identified way to get the Magzster app to recognize my subscription (I tried Restore) or way contact the company and fix the problem. The whole idea of customer service is to provide purchased goods and services and make it easy to fix problems for customers. Epic fail on the part of St. Louis Magazine and Magzter. I’m asking for my money back from iTunes.
