With our app you can: • Log in with your Touch ID or Face ID and also through your usual log-in details (username and password) • View the balances of your main financial products in a single window (accounts and cards, savings, investment, financing and insurance) • View your cards and make payments through a visual and user-friendly wallet. Make transfers and send money to domestic and international banks. You can also check and cancel the transfers you have scheduled • View your Direct Debits or return them in case of disagreement • Make enquiries and trade in securities and investment funds, and view share prices and financial news • View and check the details of your savings products, pension and retirement plans, and deposits • Contact your branch or account manager • Find the branch or ATM nearest to your location

Basic banking and services available in the app: ACCOUNTS • View your balance and account movements in the currencies available • Order, view, schedule or save your national and international transfers • Buy and sell currencies directly in your account • Order foreign currency banknotes online and decide the branch where you’d like to collect your currency • View your Direct Debits or request a refund

CARDS • View your credit and debit card movements. View your current credit card statement or statements from previous months • View details of your card payments, including authorised transactions not yet settled • Pay off your credit card balance before the scheduled repayment date • Transfer the credit limit available on your card to your current account • Cancel your credit card if it is lost or stolen • Retrieve your card PIN if you have forgotten it • Request a duplicate card if yours is damaged • Find out how much you’re saving by using your card to make purchases in stores participating in MoraBanc’s discount scheme and view the list of stores that offer discounts • Pay your credit card purchases in instalments or pay off the debt later

INVESTMENTS • Purchase and sell securities or investments funds • Check your movements and positions in securities • Check the orders you’ve placed in securities • Sell shares through stop-loss orders • Make regular payments into investment funds • Choose and monitor your favourite indices, shares and investments funds • Receive financial news and information on the world’s main markets

SAVINGS • View your deposits and fixed-term deposit accounts, the interest charged and the details and movements of the deposits • View the accumulated savings on your pension and retirement plans

OTHER TRANSACTIONS • Use your online banking to sign off transactions carried out in branch by your account manager • View your paperless correspondence and set your alerts service for push notifications • Find your nearest MoraBanc branch using our interactive map of branches and ATMs • Personalise your profile: change your picture, choose your favourite language, account and currency • Manage your insurance procedures with our chatbot
