The shopping feature on the app leaves a lot to be desired. When searching for things that I know are available for purchase through the app, it will often say that it doesn’t exist and when I’m actually able to get to the checkout there’s inevitably some kind of issue on their end with payment or address or pricing. I always leave the app frustrated even when I can get what I was looking for because it was such a pain to get there.
