You can request or cancel appointments, review prescriptions, and request refills through the CN Refill Center in Poteau, and view Choctaw Referred Care referrals—plus more health-management features.

Constantly kicks me out after logging in, says my time expired or I’m logged in on an another device. I only have the app on one device and I just logged in!

This is a great app!

It always has a message saying I’m logged into another device. I’ve never used another device with this app just my phone. It’s aggravating especially when it does let me and I get to the prescriptions to choose that I want to refill and it will kick me out. Please fix the bug!
