myCNHSA is a patient-focused Chrome extension that lets you register and access your RPMS health data. You can request or cancel appointments, review prescriptions, and request refills through the CN Refill Center in Poteau, and view Choctaw Referred Care referrals—plus more health-management features.

Appointment scheduling is currently limited to clinics trained on the new system. As staff complete training, additional locations will become available. Sincerely, Your health services team. Yakoke!

Constantly kicks me out after logging in, says my time expired or I’m logged in on an another device. I only have the app on one device and I just logged in!
