Users can also view details of Choctaw Referred Care referrals conveniently within the app.

Currently, appointment scheduling functionality is available only for those clinics trained on the new system; however, as staff training progresses, more clinics will be added to the platform. This app fosters better connectivity and management of health services for the Choctaw patient population, promoting ease and accessibility in managing personal healthcare needs. Yakoke!

I originally gave this app 5 stars, but over time it has progressively gone downhill. It requires 2-step verification through email EVERY time you log in, and sometimes won't let you login at all, saying that your session expired over and over.

This app is helpful. But in it you can rate you appointments experience afterwards. If it isn't a good star rating when you go send it every time its "we're sorry we've encounter a problem" and this is after you've went to the trouble of explaining your star rating. App keeps crashing
