Every time I turn something in way ahead of time I still get notices stating we never received it or it’s weighed you’re gonna get cut off. I’ve had enough. This is like number six of a mess up on yalls end!

I was loving the app up until recently. It’s stating it was an error and that I was locked when I only go in to turn in information that’s needed for my case record. I changed my security questions and I also changed my password and it’s still saying I’m locked and that there’s an error I tried calling but did not get any help.
