Even the small things like not having to fully wake up my iPad to pause a song make a difference. The business analyst needs a round of applause. One glaring issue, though, is that the app does not work in landscape orientation on iPads. Enabling that would make it infinitely more user-friendly.

2022-02-13	La*****	I’ve owned the EX Integrated for a year. The hardware is fantastic. The app? Could be much better. I can’t sign in to all the music streaming services that I have accounts. The Vtuner can find some, i.e. Calm Radio but I get the advertisement vs. the ability to sign in. Lately it has been cutting out or non-responsive to commands. Very frustrating! Again I love my hardware but hate this app.

2020-07-24	Ju*****	Overall, intuitive app. A fix is recommended to prevent a loud click in speakers when switching between inputs (such as between input 1 on HT bypass back to ethernet input while music is still playing in the app). Also, when one does a search and clicks on a song within an album, it would be nice to have the forward arrow skip to the next song (currently it just plays the same song again because only one is loaded into the queue). Album artwork displayed in the app need to be scaled correctly for the phone resolution. One should be able to specify a default play to device so one does not not to be selected each time the app is opened. Also, there should be a way to select a default browser so one doesn’t need to be selected each time the app is opened. When using the volume button on an iPhone, it would be preferable for the volume to increase in increments of “1” rather than of “6”. Add ability to add songs in queue to favorites.

Simple - installed unit in my system, followed instruction to link unit, done. It just sits there and works. Every time. Sounds great. Excellent!
