This App is to help shift your Awareness to higher quality thoughts and actions on a daily basis. It was created by Frederick Dodson, author of 25 books in success and consciousness. You can set different types of "wake-up-calls" at times and in intervals that you specify. They are:

 A Voice saying “Where is your awareness right now?”

 A Voice saying “Where could your awareness be right now?”

 A Voice saying “Where would you like your awareness to be right now?”

 One of a selection of 10 beautiful sounds that can be used for multiple purposes such as memory-anchors,

zen-like calls to mindfulness and reminders of specific emotional states or goals.

I was working my way about half-way down a Black Diamond mogul run in Colorado (I'm OK but not great on moguls and this was a pretty steep pitch) and listening to Journey on my theater-like speakers in my ski helmet when suddenly the music faded as I crested a mogul and FRED DODSON asks, "Where would you like your attention to be RIGHT NOW? That's a great lesson in presence & awareness and I just chuckled! Of course my attention was about 18" in front of my skis, and beyond that, where the next turn was. NO PLACE else! Great lesson to carry off the slopes! Thank you for interrupting my run to remind of a great point. The app rocks...even on top of a mountain!

As an avid proponent of the Reality Creation Technique and Frederick Dodson, this is just the cherry on top of all the wonderful work he creates and shares. Thanks you! I will say there is one major flaw, and that is the lack of a settings button to delete previously selected "calls"... Otherwise a very great concept and app. Needs more overall developing, which is expected for a new app!
