QR Inventory Leased Assets Edition

Leased Assets Edition of QR Inventory is targeted towards companies who rent out or lease assets and equipment to other companies or to employees. This includes long term or short term leases of industrial equipment, construction equipment, work tools, electronics, it assets, video equipment or other assets.

Just as standard QR Inventory, leased assets edition allows you to track assets in multiple locations using QR code / barcode / NFC tags scanning and smartphones or tablets. It also has the following features which are specifically targeted towards leased assets management:

• Categorize assets into defined asset types and groups that you can manage.

• Track assets of the same type (e.g. hard drive, iPad, drill bit, air hammer, video camera) individually by their serial number.

• Access a complete life-cycle of each individual asset, from receiving to rentals and returns to repairs and service to disposal.

• Keep track of asset inventory (total quantity of each asset type, e.g. computers or video cameras) available for lease and rented out to customers. Access list of individual assets, as well as assets inventory at each customer location.

• Track assets damages, document with images. Monitor assets sent and returned from repair or routine service.

• Bulk entry for the new asset shipments: enter information for an asset type once, than scan serial numbers on each individual asset.

• Bulk processing of returned assets: scan in all returned assets, and QR Inventory will automatically determine from which location each asset was returned.

• Dispose of an entire group of obsolete assets rather than each individual item.

• Enter asset into the system, update asset status and other information, verify asset location on customer site by scanning QR code label with a smartphone and filling out mobile form.

• Receive automatic alerts when asset inventory is running low, when warranty is about to expite or preventive maintenance is due.

• All operations with an asset (entry, update, transactions) are recorded and are available for review.
