DOKU e-Wallet is a secure electronic money service that enables quick online and offline payments, top ups, bill payments, telco vouchers, and transfers across supported platforms and stores (including AlfaOnline/Alfacart, AliExpress, Citilink, and KAI).

Security and accessibility are prioritized: personal data protection, password and PIN, real-time transaction reports, easy mobile app registration, and a broad top-up network (ATM, internet banking with ATM Bersama/PRIMA/ALTO, Alfamart, Alfamidi, Alfa Express, DAN+DAN, Lawson) so you can shop without a bank account or credit card. Customer service is available 9 AM–9 PM, 7 days a week.
