DWSIM Simulator

DWSIM Simulator is a steady-state chemical process simulator that runs entirely offline on your device. It offers a touch-enabled flowsheet diagram interface with hardware-accelerated rendering, enabling chemical engineers to build complex process models quickly. It supports VLE/VLLE/SVLE/SVLLE calculations using multiple thermodynamic models and a large compound database to enable accurate fluid properties and phase distribution.

Key features include an extensive unit operation set (distillation, mixer, separator, pumps, turbines, heat exchangers, reactors with kinetic and equilibrium models), comprehensive thermophysical properties, petroleum characterization tools, and robust optimization and parametric study capabilities. A fast multicore solver, XML save/load, and export to PDF or text make it suitable for on-device use, education, and process design anywhere.
