You fill in specifically what you are looking to get out of your appointment and they don’t care. Useless team. Will not use again.

I just wanted a note to provide my employer to document my eye strain. They said they can’t provide it because they can’t see me… of course they can’t see me it’s a virtual appointment. If that’s the excuse what’s the point.
