Honeydue: Couples Finance

I really want to continue using Honeydue because I believe it has the features we need. Unfortunately, I’m locked out of my account because my two-factor authentication is tied to an old phone number that I no longer have access to. I’ve contacted support multiple times requesting help updating my authentication information but haven’t received a response. As a result, I can’t access my account at all. I’m not writing this because I dislike the app — I actually want to use it. I’m simply asking the Honeydue support team to respond and help me regain access to my account. If someone from Honeydue sees this, please reach out or respond to my support request. I’d really appreciate the assistance.

This app has been super helpful for splitting expenses since my partner and I moved in together. One frustrating issue I have is I can’t figure out how to see what my total expenses have been for the month (aka my individual expenses + our split joint expenses). I can only see the total I have spent from my bank accounts (before splitting any expenses). Or the total my partner and I have spent (which includes all expenses including our personal ones). Another thing that would make it more user friendly is if you could swipe to split an expense, and if you could tap on an expense to easily change the category!
