In addition to emergency response, the iER App now includes a dedicated Infrastructure Reporting tool, giving users a quick and simple way to report service delivery and safety issues in their communities. Every report is logged and directed to the relevant municipal department, helping ensure problems receive attention as quickly as possible. The iER app is accessible to all South Africans and international travellers. Please note that emergency response services are limited to within the borders of South Africa. International travellers can pre-download the iER app before arriving in South Africa for seamless access to emergency assistance. A mobile internet connection and location services are required to send emergency alerts and infrastructure reports within South Africa.
