I love the app and it works great.
This has been an easy app for our business with no major problems so far.
The app functions well and supports dispatching.

Photo capture flow has issues after updates (alignment problems and crashes).
GPS/location tracking is inconsistent (maps and driver locations not updating).
Frequent updates cause instability; features like editing ETA or driver assignment can fail.

Recent reviews

Location sharing never works, even when precise mode is enabled and always allowed. I have an iPhone 17 Pro, so no old device excuses. Also, when you also use an Apple Watch you never get the alerts!

Recently I have noticed a drop or glitch in the location sharing which effecting productivity and causing confusion with our customers requesting updates. The app used to work well but it’s not tracking location at all time even though I have this feature set up on my app, my drivers apps as well. I made sure our version is up to date and still an issue today. It has been like this for the past 2-3 weeks
