I love the app and it works great.
This has been an easy app for our business with no major problems so far.
The app functions well and supports dispatching.

Cons

Photo capture flow has issues after updates (alignment problems and crashes).
GPS/location tracking is inconsistent (maps and driver locations not updating).
Frequent updates cause instability; features like editing ETA or driver assignment can fail.

having to be online to check in for jobs and updates as a rural tower is not working out. So many jobs out in areas with no cell service and can’t check in or add pictures, services, ect. Causing billing issues and disputes. Fix your app, bringg for AAA works offline just fine why can’t you figure this out?
