2026-06-26	M7*****	I’ve been using Paysend for about 3 years and have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately, after the recent update, the app has been stuck on the “We’re preparing your updated Paysend” screen for the entire day. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing changed. I can’t access my account at all. Very disappointing experience. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
I’ve been using Paysend for about 3 years and have always been happy with the service. 2026-06-23	Cu*****	Absolutely stupid version. I have used previous version before update. Everything worked nice, i have sended money to Korea without problem. After updating, its not working, some options dissappeared. Screen get freez. HOW TO GET BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSION?? HELOOO??

2026-06-23	Mo*****	This app was so good until the last update. The transfer fails app is with so many bugs contacts needs to be re-added everytime and still transfer fails instantly but the money gets deducted then you will have to wait for the refund without any estimated time. Currency of transfer gets changed automatically cause of funds and then app stops responding. The support chat is just ridiculous as to get support advisor you have to wait for more than an hour I mean how can you expect someone to stare at screen and just sit for an hour to speak to someone that too won’t give any resolution. App not recommended until they fix the bugs or maybe go back to previous version. I am switching to other app Remitly or PayPal for now at least the money transfer is for sure with those app will recommend to everyone to switch as developers are not listening or maybe it’s not their priority to fix the app.
