I am based in New York, United States. A friend introduced me to Skrill, believing it would be mutually beneficial. He transferred funds to me, which I attempted to withdraw to my already linked bank account. However, each time I initiated a withdrawal, the system repeatedly prompted me to relink the same account—an apparent technical fault. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue, Skrill proceeded to permanently close my account. As a result, my funds remain inaccessible within the platform. This experience raises concerns about the platform’s reliability and operational integrity. In a life or death situation where that fund was needed, I would be dead already. Needless to say, I will not be using Skrill again and will make a report to the FBI. 05/23/2026: Response to Dev: Please understand that this review was written only after multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve this matter through Skrill’s customer service channels. It is unacceptable to subject customers to unnecessary stress and frustration, only to redirect them back to the same ineffective support system once they publicly voice their concerns. This reflects extremely poor business practices, especially when a platform appears to take advantage of individuals it perceives as vulnerable. Such behavior comes across as manipulative and deceptive. Skrill is simply not worth my valuable time or energy. I do not need substandard service, and I know my worth far exceeds anything your platform has provided. Shut down Skrill already!!!

App is scam I tried multiple different devices won’t even let you get past login screen

So far so good witch had a bit of trouble purchasing btc on and exchange with my virtual card witch reminds me of what I was going to say. Give u an ideal how about u make it so I can purchase cryptocurrencies right in my account just like PayPal or Venmo or even CashApp u can buy bitcoin in it. If or once u make it available to purchase crypto currencies within the app then I’ll come back and give u a five star rating 100% for sure oh and maybe think about a affiliate program as well. Couldn’t hurt I’d think.
