Users love the hardware reliability, strong scheduling features, remote access, and easy setup, plus responsive support. However, the app/UI is repeatedly described as confusing, clunky, and buggy. Plan editing is tedious, quick actions are limited, and templates/planning tools are lacking.

Recent reviews

Great hardware but the watering plan setup drives me nuts. This should be so simple. It is not in its’ current incarnation. How about at least some pre-defined templates to edit. Try harder.

It's clunky but also super fast with zero animation and very powerful. For example you can do hierarchical linkage! I would add two things: thumbnail per valve and drag and drop weekly calendar.
