Users love the hardware reliability, strong scheduling features, remote access, and easy setup, plus responsive support. However, the app/UI is repeatedly described as confusing, clunky, and buggy. Plan editing is tedious, quick actions are limited, and templates/planning tools are lacking.

Recent reviews

I tried a number of other solutions, including b-hyve (which didn’t function at all remotely) and, while this app is a bit convoluted, it is relatively flexible, powerful, and (maybe most importantly) reliable. The hardware, as others have said, seems in an entirely different league than any other water timers I’ve tried.

Great hardware but the watering plan setup drives me nuts. This should be so simple. It is not in its’ current incarnation. How about at least some pre-defined templates to edit. Try harder.
