Same issue as some others: “we can’t reach upcomer” for several weeks now.

Can't even get past the quick setup on the app. The app bugs out after enabling push notifications and won't continue on. Have emailed customer service twice about the issue with video evidence and haven't heard anything from them in 4 weeks. Would be a great app if I could even use it.
