When ordering from the app and picking up at window when there’s a line should be smooth but they focus on drive thru orders and not app/pickup orders. It doesn’t save time preordering and faster waiting in a line of traffic at the drive thru. They don’t start your order until you get there so not a time saver. For app orders there should be a sign “ App orders can be picked up at the window without waiting when drive thru is busy for convenience.” app orders should be ready first.
