Can’t even get a verification email so I can load money on the app. And why do we need to verify before loading money anyway? No other coffee joint requires this. For average coffee they sure make it hard to buy.

App is definitely designed by someone in a large city with consistent internet Ordering with poor internet is almost impossible, since every single button press sends a network request, and whenever one fails it stalls the app forever and forces you to restart your order. Needs to cache a lot of this so it only sends 1 net request on place order.
