The worst app ever. I just downloaded and it said register device. So I follow on screen instructions and just kept saying the same message. No device found open door to device and press pairing button. I did what it asked 22 times. I deleted the app and reinstalled and the message. With out registering a device you can’t see the rest of the app. Complete crap. Don’t bother. Just keep looking for something other this waste of time app.

5 stars heading your way after a couple of needed improvements: Needed more levels to adjust volume as the lowest setting is not low enough sometimes The ability to tweak the 4 presets similar to how you can change custom settings. Also a reset button to return to default settings for each of those modes when desired. I hope this helps. These will make many users happy! thanks for a great product and app. Life changing!

After downloading this app I realized a special device is needed to use the app, but I still do not know what device is needed, a hearing aid, or a device purchase from the app operator?
