RettApp

RettApp is the official app of the Association Française du Syndrome de Rett (AFSR). It is designed to help parents and caregivers track the daily health of a child living with Rett syndrome, organize their medication plan and prepare medical appointments.

DAILY JOURNAL • Quick seizure entry: type, duration, trigger, notes • Recurring medication plan + on-demand intakes • Mood, meals (per time of day), hydration, night sleep and naps • Rett-specific symptoms (hand stereotypies, apnea, bruxism, dystonia…) with intensity and duration

DASHBOARD AND ANALYSIS • Charts on 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 1 year • Trend vs. previous period on every key metric • Pick which symptoms appear as charts (frequency or intensity) • Synchronized crosshair across all charts to compare metrics on the same day

DOCTOR REPORT • Generates a complete PDF: statistics, exploratory correlations (mood, sleep, adherence), medication plan analysis, full seizure calendar • French-language summary ready to paste into the medical record

FOLLOW-UP BOOKLET FOR SCHOOL / CARE CENTER • Generates a printable A4 page, 100% checkboxes (intensity, quantity, frequency are pre-defined) • Choose dose-by-dose which medication intakes to track, which meals, which Rett symptoms • Scan the filled-in booklet to pre-fill the evening journal automatically

PARENT SHARING • Secure iCloud sync between family iPhones • In-person AirDrop invitation only (no sharing by email or Messages) • Remove individual participants at any time

CHILD'S APPLE HEALTH DATA • On the child's iPhone: choose which types to forward (night sleep, naps, hydration, meals, heart rate, activity) • Read-only — RettApp never writes to Apple Health
