I’d love to say that this app help me with my problem however it didn’t. I got locked out of my MacBook Air for no good reason after being able to sign into it for four years without issues. I’m not sure how my login changed, but it just stopped working yesterday. Fortunately, my son was an admin on the account and helped me reset the login page password. However, my device is now locked me out of my iCloud and I can no longer access anything on my desktop. I’ve tried multiple times to reset the password for iCloud however, when it asked me to enter in my MacBook Air login, it doesn’t recognize it. It won’t accept my old password or my new password. I am beyond frustrated that there’s not a human being who can help me with this and the process to reset it is going take a week. It might be time to look for a whole new set up that’s no longer Apple. I couldn’t be more frustrated right now and disappointed. Essentially, it’s an app that does nothing but send you chasing your tail.
