Recent reviews

It works. One way it can be improved is if we could customize. I live in an apartment, the community access sites are all under one tab. Every time I enter the apartment complex, I have to scroll all the way down to specifically find the "front door" access. It would be great if we could just favorite certain access sites. It would save time and make the app more efficient for users. Otherwise a good app!

Especially on the weekends, you a hard to understand East Indian who does know how to fix anything related to the Rently app. Additionally, the customer service person I talk to on Monday was not any better. When I talked to our subdivision maintenance man, he solved my problem easily over the phone.
