Recent reviews

I purchased several audiobooks through eMusic/eStories years ago and recently discovered I can no longer access them. Support told me my paid purchases were deleted because I didn’t maintain a subscription and didn’t log in for six months, something I was never informed of at the time of purchase. These were not rentals or subscription credits. They were sold as permanent purchases and I received no warning that my library would be erased. Now the platform is inactive and I’m being told to wait and “maybe” get access again someday. Buyers should be aware that “purchased” content may not actually remain available. Very disappointing experience. And possibly illegal, pursuing those options now.

The 100 thousand books are nowhere to be found. There’s like 33 books now available and some are in various languages. I have. Dozens of books which may or may not still be available. Some thing is going on here but they’re not saying .
