I’m very disappointed with my experience with Connecteam. I originally signed up expecting to pay around $23 per month, but I was unexpectedly charged $102 for the Operations Hub Expert Plan, which is listed at $119/month. I never intentionally upgraded to the Expert Plan and was shocked to see such a large charge. I contacted support immediately to request a full refund and cancellation. Customers should be very careful and check their subscription and billing details closely. A jump from around $23 to over $100 per month without me knowingly making that change is extremely frustrating.
