Points take days to update to account…. Membership system does NOT allow customer to do anything—-what is the purpose then… Hmart needs to get out of the Stone Age and be current with how processes are done. Take a look at Chic-f-la; Starbucks apps…they allow customers to manage their account—-redeem points; overall information is updated instantly!

Errors loading product pages, will not allow selecting created shopping lists to save products, always adds choco biscuits (which I’ve never looked at) to shopping lists instead of any product I actually try to add to shopping lists, having to constantly close and reopen the app. I guess HMart doesn’t like their customers spending money. Invest more in your dev team…
