I'm trying to input my membership card into the app. Instead of typing these long numbers and being rejected, maybe have an option to use a camera to scan card into the app. Not recognizing my account because I changed my phone number? With the app being broken like that it can cause a lot of frustration to go around circles to make it happen in app or go stand in line at the customer service counter waiting instead of enjoying shopping. Shame on you. for all the money your company makes...
