It partners with state health departments to let you view, track upcoming shots, review past immunizations, and share official immunization reports directly from official registries.

The app also supports SMART Health Card vaccine credential QR codes to facilitate travel to places with COVID-19 restrictions, and provides information about the Vaccination Credential Initiative. This app 2nd source verified me twice and then forced me to provide a review before it would show me the damned records.

The app used to work well for me but I made the mistake of updating and now the app makes my screen flash like it’s trying to trigger an epileptic episode! Force closing the app hasn’t made a difference.
