I built this app because I did exactly that, and ended up at the clinic empty-handed. Another time, I had international travel planned with my baby. We needed Hepatitis A shots before the trip, and while we were away the next scheduled dose also came due. I got him vaccinated at a local clinic there, then struggled to keep those records together.

Vaccination Tracker is exactly what I wanted: every shot, every reminder, every record, for every child in the family, in one place. On your phone. Private. Offline.
